Can you ship internationally?
Yes, most definitely.
How much is shipping?
Shipping anywhere in the United States is $7.00 and International shipping is $12.00. When it comes to International shipping, all posters are labeled as "Limited Edition Screen Printed Artwork" on the customs forms, but the full value is declared. This is necessary to protect myself as well as you, the buyer. Purchases exceeding $100.00 are insured at no cost to the buyer.
I placed my order four nanoseconds ago, how will I know when it ships?
Posters are shipped out once a week. When your order goes out, you will receive a confirmation email. At most it would take 7 days, usually less, for your order to ship out.
How are your posters shipped?
Posters are carefully rolled inside thick industrial grade craft paper. The craft paper roll with the poster inside of it is sealed with a piece of tape so there is extra room around the roll inside of the tube. The cardboard tubes are extremely strong and both ends are sealed with plastic end caps and tape. Single posters are shipped in 2.5" diameter tubes, 2-3 posters are shipped in 3" diameter tubes, 4-5 posters are shipped in 5" diameter tubes and anything beyond that will have special packaging (ships flat).
I gave you the wrong address, can I change it?
As a consumer it's your responsibility to provide an address that is current and in the proper format for delivering parcels. If you provided an old address and the poster has already shipped, perhaps it's best to get in contact with the person who is at that address to see if you can have it forwarded.
If you provided an address that is undeliverable, we'll have to wait until the package is delivered back to me. At that point you can either get a refund (minus shipping cost) or pay the shipping cost again to have it sent to your correct address. Any address deemed by the post office to be undeliverable will result in a nonrefundable shipping cost.
If the product hasn't shipped, then your entire purchase will be refunded to you and you may have the option to purchase that item again if it's still available.

Do you offer tracking numbers?
I ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and use the First Class and Priority mail shipping options. Both of those options offer delivery confirmation and have tracking status updates but neither offers detailed tracking information. There are ways to get detailed tracking information, however those are not feasible as I would like to keep shipping costs low. Tracking a package that has been shipped internationally (outside of the United States) is a total nightmare.
What do I do if I ordered a poster and it never arrived? How long does the shipping usually take?
If you feel that your poster has taken too long, before notifying me please check with your local post office or mail carrier to see if you simply missed the delivery.

Dear Kevin, I purchased one of each poster of yours, but recently lost the vast majority of my fortune on synchronized honey badger fights and I need to return everything. What do I do?
Gambling is a game with no real winners, my friend. If your order hasn't shipped I can definitely offer you a refund. There are no returns on items that have shipped. Please notify me as soon as possible (there is no need for an explanation, just let me know which items that you'd like refunded). Serial refunders will not be tolerated.
