-With the screen printed items, the nature of hand screening lends each item a uniqueness not found in digital printing. The hand done look is present, but each item is carefully inspected and held to a rigorous standard. Unfortunately, screen printed posters have a tendency to curl at the edges because the ink warps the paper, especially in hot climates. This is often unavoidable and a consequence of hand screen printed art.
-If upon receiving an item that does not meet with your satisfaction, sorry. Please email Kevin at colt83@gmail.com stating your lack of satisfaction (swearing is ok) and resend the item in its original packaging. Once I receive the item (in the same condition you received it), I will issue a full refund and compensation for shipping. This does not apply to items purchased more than fifteen days before the complaint.

- SHIPPING POLICY
-All posters and prints are shipped wrapped in white newsprint, rolled, secured in sturdy mailing tubes, sealed with fitted plastic caps, and taped tightly at both ends. I never fold or crease posters. Small posters and other items will be shipped flat, sandwiched between strong cardboard inside a tightly taped bubble mailer envelope.
-Items ordered ship within a week. A pickup (to aviod rolling or potential shipping damage or delay) can be arranged. Please email Kevin at colt83@gmail.com for details. For pickups, a shipping refund is offered. I use the United States Postal Service. For domestic I use First Class Mail w/ delivery confirmation (1-3 days), for International I use Priority Mail (6-10 days).

- HOW TO STRAIGHTEN A POSTER AFTER OPENING THE TUBE
-You will notice that rolled posters tend to stay rolled and are difficult to manage. Here's a quick tutorial on how to flatten a poster out. Upon receiving the tube, immediately take the poster out. The longer it stays in the tube, the harder it stays rolled.
NEVER attempt to flatten a rolled poster by rolling it the opposite way and sticking it back in the tube. That is a good way to wrinkle or damage the poster further. I worked hard to draw that poster and either I or some guy I paid worked hard to print it.
Simply re-wrap the poster in the paper it came in and lay it arched side up on a flat surface, like a table. Then place heavy books on top of it, covering as much of it as you can. Let it stay there for one to two days and things should be swell. Framing a poster is another good way to flatten it out.
